Myofascial Release is a safe and effective hands-on treatment that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into connective tissue restrictions to eliminate tension and pain and restore plasticity of the soft tissue and motion. Myofascial Release-MFR is NOT a massage. It's therapeutic treatment Treatment involves gentle pressure, pulling or rolling the skin applied slowly to elongate fascia Myofascial Release Treatment session is performed directly on the skin without oil. Each session is as unique individual as each person. More than one session will be required for optimum benefits if pain is presented for more than 3 weeks.
